to announce that they have signed a definitive agreement for QA1 to purchase
Carrera Shocks and merge the two companies on or about
QA1 and Carrera Shocks share the common goal of offering the highest quality performance shocks with fast shipping at reasonable prices. This merger will combine the manufacturing & financial power of QA1 and the engineering & technical skills of Carrera Shocks to service all aspects of the automotive racing, high performance & street rod markets.
The new product offering will especially please both
QA1 and Carrera Shocks dealers, as theyQA1
will now have products available for all skill levels in the performance shock
market - from novice to professional and everything in between. Single, double & triple adjustable gas
charged and hyper-chargedTM aluminum shocks, steel dual-tube & mono-tube shocks, chrome plated steel shocks and springs, and the
exciting new electronic Magne-ShocksTM, in addition to other products, will
all be added to the QA1 product offering to its dealers. In addition, current Carrera Shocks dealers
will now have access to QA1’s complete line of racer revalveable, rebuildable,
and repairable aluminum and steel dual-tube circle track shocks, aluminum drag
racing and street performance shock absorbers, and QA1’s complete line of
precision rod end and spherical bearings.
