Why bother trying to make one? When you're building a custom X-style dual exhaust system, the toughest part of the job is fabricating the "X" junction. But why bother? FlowTech has it handled for you. Their universal off-road X-pipes are made from mandrel-bent tubing. They're pre-welded, available in various diameters, and they have both ends correctly flared so that the tubing from the rest of your system slides in easily. They can be used for both off-road and catalytic converter equipped systems.
