These BD Diesel Cool It intercoolers feature 57 percent more cooling surface area that will increase cooling efficiency to 90 percent, compared to the stock intercooler with 70 percent. That equates to a temperature reduction of almost 200 degrees F over the stock intercooler! The larger inlet and discharge tubes provide a significant increase that can flow over 1,500 cfm, while holding pressure drop to less than 1 psi.
