DC Sports cat-back exhaust systems were designed from the get-go with a few strict design parameters in mind. They make power by using mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing with a straight-through design. They meet the federal requirements for noise emissions but still create a nice sporty exhaust note. They do this by using a resonator before the exhaust and a straight-through muffler packed with stainless steel wool and fiberglass.
