and top-end horsepower. The intake and exhaust runners are CNC-machine profiled for superior flow and performance.
Designed for non-emissions 302-400 c.i.d. engines up to 1986 this head made 420 horsepower with the Performer RPM Power Package for small block Chevys. It has angle plugs to clear most types of exhaust headers and increase performance. The 64cc combustion chambers improve performance and retain the stock compression ratio of 1970 and earlier small blocks.
