Specifications: * Primary tube diameter: 1 5/8 in. * Collector diameter: 3 in. * Finish: Ceramic coated * Not for use with smog injection or injection heads * A-type engine only (will fit with in-line pattern only) * Will not fit with late model hi-torque starter* Not legal for sale or use in California on pollution controlled motor vehicles. * For 1964-74 vehicles without A.I.R. systems they e considered O.E.M. replacement parts when existing emission controls are not removed from the vehicle.For the price no other part can give you the horsepower and fuel economy improvements of a Hedman header. Hedman makes their headers so well (18-gauge steel construction) they guarantee them to be free from defects including tube cracks and welds for the life of the header. They include all necessary gaskets and mounting hardware.Modification to stock exhaust required to retain catalytic converter.
