Theyre available in a variety of shapes and sizes and outflow any other filter on the market--up to 900 cfm--for power gains of up to 15 hp. These K&ampN air filters use a special surgical cotton fabric soaked in oil as a tack barrier. Sandwiched between aluminum screen wire, the square holes in the cotton catch tumbling air and straighten it out. Since air moving in a straight line flows faster, these filters can actually improve airflow. They come pre-oiled and ready to install. Scott	5	This K&N filer has done a great job for my 2004 TL. I think it even kicked up the horsepower and mileage by a small notch. The million mile guarantee is also the best in the industry as long as you remember to recharge it every so often. Definitely lots of bang for your buck.
Scott	5	I bought one of these for my 2000 Buick Regal, and it\'s been a great performance part. It has a million mile guarantee and you only have to \"recharge\" it once in a while. I think it improved my mileage from 18 to 20 mpg (I do a lot of city driving) and probably added some good horsepower as well.
