Dual magnetic pickups to run two complete capacitive discharge ignition systems. These Mallory 81 Series Billet Competition dual magnetic pickup distributors are specifically designed for high performance, high-rpm racing engines. They feature a CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum housing for added strength and reliability, a shaft that is centerless-ground and burnished to a surface finish of 4 microns, and a sealed ball bearing on the top of the shaft that adds durability in harsh high-rpm environments. The Mallory 81 Series Billet Competition dual magnetic pickup distributors are available in your choice of a factory advanced curve set at 20 degrees at 2,000 rpm or a locked advanced version. The included distributor gear is manufactured from a bronze material and is designed for use with specialized mechanical roller and hard face camshafts.
