The black, high-heat transfer coating reduces alternator temperatures by 50 degrees F or more, thus prolonging their life and enhancing efficiency. Powermaster dyno-tests each alternator under various loads at variable speeds, and attached a tag with the performance data to each case. They come in your choice of low-mount kits for rail cars, or snug-mount kits for body cars.
