They feature a hi-temp black coated steel body, and come with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel core. Plus, they can stand up to the heat, literally and figuratively. They're available in 4 and 5 in. disc sizes. Their body diameter is 3.5 in., and tapers up to a 4 in. opening (on the 4 in. discs) or 4.5 in. diameter, up to a 5 in. opening (on the 5 in. discs).
