Each relies on a 0.6 HP motor (1.0 HP for AC2000) to drive a differential planetary gear set with a reduction ratio as high as 159:1, producing up to 2,000 lbs. of rated line pull. These winches feature power-in/power-out, a wire rope tensioning plate, a hand-saver bar, and a full load mechanical brake. Most offer free-spooling and a 6 ft. control pendant, as well as an optional roller fairlead.
